Ordering & General
Is Sanis Eco a manufacturer or a trading company?
We manufacture and process our own product lines in Sri Lanka — from raw material sourcing through carbonization, grading and export packing. We are not a trading intermediary.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard MOQ across most product lines is one 20ft full-container-load (FCL). Rice husk charcoal and some bulk lines are quoted by FOB price rather than fixed MOQ. Smaller trial quantities can sometimes be arranged for new buyers — ask our export desk.
Can I request a sample before ordering?
Yes. We recommend requesting a sample before committing to a full container, especially for first-time buyers or new private label programs.
How do I get a price quote?
Use the Request a Quote form and select the product you're interested in. Our export desk typically responds within one business day with pricing, MOQ and lead time.
Products & Specifications
Is your coconut charcoal activated?
No. Sanis Eco does not manufacture, sell or market activated carbon in any form. All charcoal products — shisha, BBQ, raw coconut shell and cinnamon wood — are produced by controlled carbonization only, with no activation and no chemical treatment.
What specifications can you provide?
Every product ships with a documented spec sheet covering ash content, moisture, burn time (for charcoal), packaging options, MOQ and container capacity. You'll find these on each product's page.
Can you match a specific ash content or burn time?
We work to buyer specification where possible. Share your target parameters when requesting a quote and we'll confirm what we can match.
Is your king coconut water organic?
Yes, our king coconut water is bottled from organically sourced coconuts with no added sugar or preservatives.
Shipping & Logistics
Which port do you ship from?
All shipments dispatch from Colombo, Sri Lanka — one of South Asia's major transshipment hubs.
Which Incoterms do you offer?
FOB Colombo is our standard term. CIF pricing to your destination port is available on request.
Do you ship less than a full container?
Standard orders are quoted by full container (FCL). For select products, smaller trial quantities can be discussed with our export desk on a case-by-case basis.
Private Label & Payment
Do you offer private label or OEM packaging?
Yes, on most product lines at standard MOQ — including shisha and BBQ charcoal, cinnamon charcoal, and bottled king coconut water. Let us know your packaging requirements when requesting a quote.
What are your payment terms?
Payment terms are confirmed at the quoting stage and typically follow standard export practice for the product and order size. Our export desk will walk you through the specifics once your quote is prepared.
